Q:   Who makes the bed? How long does it take? How do I order? Why is it special? Can I purchase it in a retail store?
     
A:  

The bed is manufactured by Epeda exclusively for Sofitel and is only available for purchase through the SoBoutique Collection. Each bed is sold as a mattress and base unit and is made to order. Beds take approximately five weeks for delivery to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and Netherlands. Concerning all others countries, please contact us via email at: SOBoutique.fr@hotelsathome.com.

Q:   How do I place an order?
     
A:  

Once your have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping bag, you are ready to complete your order. Simply follow these easy steps to ensure success.

  • Finalize the items in your shopping bag
  • Complete your shipping and billing information
  • Review your order
  • Enter your payment information and confirm your order


Q:   How do I use the shopping bag?
     
A:  

The shopping bag contains all the items you selected while you were shopping. When you add an item to your bag it will update the Shopping Bag Summary which appears after you add an item, or by clicking on the Shopping Bag link.

On the shopping bag page you can choose to continue shopping, delete items, update quantities, or check-out. To delete an item, set the quantity for that item to zero (0) and then press the 'Update Bag' button. When you're done shopping and ready to complete your order, press the Check Out button.



Q:   How are items shipped? What is Delivery Time?
     
A:  

All purchases are shipped in Europe via package carrier or via postal service. The average delivery time is 10 business days once your order has been confirmed.

Q:   Who is responsible for international duties and taxes?
     
A:   All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery. Please note that all prices listed on this site are listed in Euro.



Q:   What is your return policy?
     
A:  

For the European Union the customer is entitled to a cooling-off period of thirty (30) whole days from the date of delivery in which to return a product you ordered for a refund,if you have changed your mind, if the items received do not match the description given, if they are defective.

Items must be sent in their original packaging accompanied with a duplicate of the invoice to the following address: HOTELS AT HOME  – SOBOUTIQUE - 74, rue de la Belle Etoile - BP 52379  Paris Nord 2  - 95942  Roissy CDG Cedex - France.

Please note that bedding products, returns should be subject to a prior agreement with our customer service.
